Have you met our team of fantastic, specially trained ponies, have a look on our Meet the Ponies page.
Would you like to help us by adopting one of them?
The ponies each do on average 10 riding sessions per week. A big horse like Jaybee will cost about £2,400 a year to keep and a small pony like Boycie will cost about £1,400 a year to keep.
Tawny has expensive taste in shoes, £120 just for his front shoes every 6 weeks. Boycie and Starra are a little cheaper at £100 per set while most of the other ponies need regular shoes at £75 a set. The ponies eat their way through £9,000 of food a year, wow! What big appetites, but they do work hard doing their valuable work.
Adopting a pony could not be easier and can either be done on line using the ‘Donate with JustGiving’ button on this page or with a cheque. You will also need to complete the Adopt-a-Pony-Form with your details and details of which pony you would like to adopt. The minimum amount for adoption is just £25 and will last a year or £2 per month by standing order.
