Join us at an event

Come and join us at some of the many events we are holding. There is something here for everyone. Some are fundraising events, some are just celebrations, some require participation at others you can just observe. Please contact us by emailing if you want more information about any of these events:

5 May 2018 – Open Day

Come and see the horses and ponies at work

Our Open Day is a great opportunity for our riders and coaches to showcase the fabulous work that they do. It also provides a chance for you to see how talented our hardworking team of horses and ponies are. There will be demonstrations throughout the day with refreshments available. If you would like to see a particular horse or pony working (maybe because you have adopted them) please email after the 28th April to find out times when they will be involved.

As always thank you for your continued support.

1 July 2018 – Horse Show and Strawberry Tea

Following last year’s successful inaugural event, Barrow Farm RDA will be holding its annual Horse Show on Sunday 1 July 2018. The Horse Show gives many of our riders opportunity to take part in either dressage or countryside challenge with the chance to win a range of rosettes and two very special trophies. Coaches will be providing more information to riders nearer the time.

Scones and strawberries

In conjunction with the show there will again be a Strawberry Tea providing a great opportunity for all the family to come along and enjoy tea and scones whilst watching the competition and seeing what a good job our riders do.
